I have received excellent customer service from this company. We had to order a new awning a week before travelling to France. The ladies on the phone were really helpful and friendly. Callum dealt with my problem and went over and above to ensure we got the correct awning and made sure it arrived on time. One part was sent back as we didn't need it and there was no problem receiving the refund. The communication and care was outstanding throughout. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you all .

Booked in to have a wind out awning fitted to our van. We were warmly greeted by Dave who did the fitting. Took less than an hour and a half to complete. The finished results were excellent. Fast, efficient and very professional looking. Dave suggested a Thule awning which we went with. Looks very neat and tidy indeed. Very friendly and helpful with his tips and a walk through on how to use the awning. All in all I would 100% definitely recommend Dave and DC Runcorn to anyone who's thinking of buying and having an awning fitted. Very reasonable price for a great job done. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to go back for any other van related work needed.
